These trivial matters—diet, locality, climate, and one’s mode of recreation, the whole casuistry of self-love—are inconceivably more important than, all that which has hitherto been held in high esteem!

Fig. 2 Biology, Sociology, Psychology. The 19-layer neural network begins with an exhaustive input layer (1) spanning cosmic, earth, life, and man—raw, unfiltered, and Dionysian in its range and force. This chaotic energy is tempered by Apollonian floodgates (think: Athena’s Shield), channeling it into substrates that underpin human biology, represented by the majority of the network’s structure (layers 2–15). Sequential compression begins at gate #1 (adversarial/biology at layer 16), progresses through gate #2 (iterative/sociology at layer 17), and culminates in gate #3 (cooperative/psychology at layer 18), reflecting the layered intricacy of Biology, Sociology, and Psychology. The cooperative equilibrium at this final compression is imperfect, requiring the individual to deftly navigate social structures, environmental interactions, and sociological outputs with firmness, tact, and clarity—traits embodied by the Oxford PPE education, a hallmark of Britain’s most successful 20th-century navigators. Finally, the output layer (19) represents the domain where payoffs are realized and continuously reappraised, capturing the dynamic feedback of lived experience. What remain unspoken in this book is the AI revolution spearheaded by Nvidia and how it will redefine the competitive landscape in every industry & give rise to the Übermensch of our era. But lets see how this narrative of individuation and transformation applies to a modern work of art: The Matrix: Years after the release of The Matrix, both of the Wachowskis came out as transgender women. The red pill has been compared with red estrogen pills. Morpheus’s description of the Matrix creating a sense that something is fundamentally wrong, “like a splinter in your mind”, has been compared to gender dysphoria. In the original script, Switch was a woman in the Matrix and a man in the real world, but this idea was removed. In a 2016 GLAAD Media Awards speech, Lilly Wachowski said: “There’s a critical eye being cast back on Lana and I’s work through the lens of our transness. This is a cool thing because it’s an excellent reminder that art is never static.” In 2020, Lilly said The Matrix was intended as an allegory for gender transition, 3 but that “the corporate world wasn’t ready”. She said it was “all about the desire for transformation but it was all coming from a closeted point of view”, but that she did not know “how present my transness was in the background of my brain” when the Wachowskis were writing it. In an interview with Variety, Reeves said he did not know the film was an allegory for transgender identity during production#
