This framework treats science not as a ladder of certainty, but as a change of basis over the same underlying energy — from state, to transition, to trajectory, to population context, to identity over time.

I. Baseline State — Language

• In biomedicine: population parameters captured at enrollment
  (demographics, biomarkers, genotype, comorbidity, function).
• This is naming, not causation.
• No motion yet — only admissible coordinates.

Language fixes what can be tracked.

Variance is no longer noise — it is context.
